What Happens

You complete a discovery questionnaire, we have a kickoff call to align on goals and design direction, and you provide all content and brand materials.

Phase 2 | Timeline: Weeks 2-3

Homepage Direction & Build

What Happens

I create a quick homepage layout plan for your approval, then build directly in Squarespace. You review the real, working site on staging—not just mockups.

What I Need From You

  • Approve homepage layout (1 day)

  • Review staging site within 2-3 business days

  • Provide clear, consolidated feedback (in one message)

  • Test on your own devices

Phase 3 | Timeline: Weeks 3-4

Interior Pages & Integrations

What Happens

I build all remaining pages following the approved homepage style, then set up contact forms, booking system, lead magnet delivery, and all other integrations.

What I Need From You

  • Review complete staging site

  • Test all forms and integrations

  • Confirm everything works with your accounts

Phase 4 | Timeline: Week 4

Refinements & QA

What Happens

You provide consolidated feedback on the complete site. I make revisions (2 rounds included), fix any bugs, and finalize everything.

What I Need From You

  • Provide feedback within 2-3 business days

  • Consolidate all feedback in one email

  • Give final approval to launch

Phase 5 | Timeline: Week 5

Launch & Training

What Happens

After final approval and payment, I launch your site, monitor it for 24-48 hours, conduct a training session on managing your site, and provide 30 days of support.

What I Need From You

  • Final payment before launch

  • Attend 60-minute training session

  • Share your new site with your network

  • No technical maintenance: Automatic updates and security

Your responsibilities after launch:

  • Maintain your Squarespace subscription ($16-49/month depending on plan)

  • Renew your domain annually (if applicable)

  • Update your own content as needed (you'll be trained on this)

My role:

  • Complete Squarespace site setup and customization

  • All design and development work

  • Training on how to use your specific site

  • 30 days of support after launch

Common Questions

What if I don't have content ready at the kickoff?

We can start with discovery and strategy, but design/build waits until content is ready. Timeline extends accordingly.

Can I make changes after approving designs?

Yes—that's what Phase 4 (Review & Refinement) is for. Two revision rounds included. Additional rounds are $500 each.

What if I'm slow to respond?

Timeline extends based on your response time. After 3 business days with no response, I'll send a reminder.

Can we launch faster than 4-5 weeks?

Yes. Expedited 2-3 week delivery available for $2,000 additional fee (requires all content ready at kickoff and 24-48 hour feedback commitment). If you are slow to respond and project still takes 4-5 weeks, expedited fee will not be refunded.
